Everything you change saves to the team server the moment you change it, and everyone with the board open sees it within a second. There is no save button and no sheet to keep in sync.

Drag a card between columns on Board, or pick from the dropdown in All tasks. The card recolours itself.

Urgent and High surface in the attention list on Workload, ordered by target date.
Adding work
New task from anywhere. Pick the owner in the editor — no rows to insert, no numbering to fix.
Adding people
Add member puts them on the board. To let them sign in, add a username and password for them in users.json on the server.
Together
Everyone who signs in can edit. Changes stream to every open board live, so two people can work at once. The last edit to a given field wins.
